This month the National Association of Realtors put out their biennial profile of Home Staging. This survey looked at both from the seller agent's perspective and the buyer agent. A few key facts that they found:
- 82% of Buyers' agents said staging made it easier for a buyer to visualize the property as a future home
- 23% of Buyer and Seller agents believe staging raised the sale price 1-5%, with 18% of sellers agents saying it raised it 6-10%
